Come Closer, Don't Give Up

Destiny

Destiny dances in a distant destination,
Wrapped in a shimmering, glowing robe
Beckoning endlessly, shining like a star.

Paulo Coelho, the author of 'The Alchemist', has introduced many themes in his book. One theme I picked up on is destiny. The message Coelho is trying to convey to his readers through this book is quite clear: One's destiny is waiting to be discovered and followed, but that depends on one's choice. Most people are doubtful to pursue their destinies when it is revealed to them, as it seems unstable and unsure if they can do it. Also, some just don't realize it and live on. They just ignore signs that would lead them to their destinies. And when a person stops listening to their beckoning fate, eventually fate will stop calling and life would be lived without knowing its true destiny. This applies to anyone, living anywhere in the world. Everyone has their own destiny no matter how they look like. Dark or white skinned, blond or brunette, old or young. All that matters is their own choice to follow or give up their destiny. Don't give up, trust your heart and follow it, as that is the only way to truly discover your destiny.
